Refund policy

The customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of their order to inform us of their wish to return part or all of their order and to request a refund without penalty, except for the return shipping costs of the returned item(s)
It is the customer's responsibility to keep proof of return, which means the items must be returned by registered mail or by any other method that provides a certified date of dispatch.
The items must be returned new and unused.

In accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale, no refund will be issued for any item that cannot be resold; this includes incomplete, damaged, deteriorated, or soiled items, items missing their tag, etc.

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 

1. Prepare your package with the following items:
            - proof of purchase 
            - the item(s) in their original packaging: new and unused condition

Monsieur J undertakes to issue a refund within a maximum of 14 days from the day your package is received, for any purchase made by full payment. 

For purchases made in installments, the refund will also be made in installments, matching the number of payments.
